1. What this is about

Kommit helps you find sports partners and sports groups nearby. Using Kommit is free. It is operated by Pierre Schöttle (see imprint).

2. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old. One account per person, with real details and your own photos.

3. House rules

• Kommit is a sports app, not a dating app. Be respectful and friendly.
• No harassment, insults, discrimination or unwanted advances.
• No fake profiles, no other people's photos, no advertising or spam.
• Don't share other people's private data without their consent.

You can report violations at any time. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Sport at your own risk

Kommit only connects people. Joint activities are your own responsibility. Assess your abilities, the weather and the route realistically, and meet in a public place the first time. [Placeholder: liability clause needs legal review]

5. Your content

You keep ownership of your photos and texts. You allow us to show them within Kommit as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your content.

6. Changes and governing law

We will inform you in good time about changes to these terms. Austrian law applies, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence say otherwise.
